Zymerex Night Rest is a food supplement in gummy form that helps you fall asleep quickly (1) without feeling drowsy upon waking up. It contains 1 mg of melatonin per gummy , as well as a special blend of natural active ingredients, such as lime, passionflower, Californian poppy and lavender. Also useful when travelling or for those who frequently change time zones, melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of jet lag (2). The product promotes relaxation to allow you to fall asleep well, rest without waking up during the night , and wake up rested and with the right energy to best face the day. It is suitable for regular use as it does not create a habit.
(1) Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
(2) the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

How To Use
It is recommended to take one gummy daily, in the evening, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
